These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ky999 platform and all its services. ky999 is an online betting and casino platform that provides an entertaining gaming experience for Bangladeshi players.

3.1 Account Creation

Each individual may create only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and bonuses may be cancelled. All information provided during registration must be complete and accurate.

3.2 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request permanent closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure you withdraw any eligible funds remaining in your balance before closing the account.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Payment methods currently accepted at ky999 are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits made by any method other than those listed above are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used to make the deposit.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).

4.3 Withdrawal Rejection

ky999 reserves the right to reject a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: if identity verification is incomplete, if there is suspicion of a breach of terms, or if evidence of fraudulent activity is found on the account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ky999 receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳15,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of deposit and bonus.

For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion is valid for a specific period, and the bonus will be cancelled if the wagering requirements are not met within that time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the requirements are met.
• ky999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.
• If evidence of abuse of bonus privileges is found, the account may be suspended.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on the ky999 platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We follow SSL encryption and fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bets cannot be changed once they are finalised. If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

Live casino games are powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other leading providers. Slot games are sourced from various world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe. ky999 is not liable for any disruption caused by network issues during gameplay.

6.4 Error Correction

If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error or human mistake, ky999 reserves the right to correct or recover that amount. In such cases, the affected user will be notified as quickly as possible.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ky999 platform:

• Playing games or managing an account on behalf of or for the benefit of a minor.
• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or any other illegal means.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus privileges.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Stealing another user's information or attempting unauthorised access to an account.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Creating or operating an account with false or misleading information.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in the immediate closure of the account, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

ky999 may temporarily or permanently suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms.
• Failure to verify age or identity.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Detection of unusual or irregular betting patterns on the account.
• As required to comply with laws or directives from regulatory authorities.

If an account is suspended, the user may contact our support team. If a legitimate reason is established, the account may be reactivated.
